The Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) has adopted a zero-tolerance policy toward behavior that undermines human dignity or physical and mental health, including all forms of discrimination and harassment such as physical, mental, and sexual misconduct.

The FIA's Anti-Harassment and Non-Discrimination Policy ensures that everyone affiliated with the FIA—drivers, members, delegates, employees, and officials—is treated equally and with respect in an environment free from bias, prejudice, and discriminatory practices.

Unethical conduct can be reported through the FIA Ethics and Compliance Hotline, which is designed to maintain a safe workplace for those working at or for the FIA. The process guarantees confidentiality for good-faith reports, which are evaluated by the Compliance Officer and the Ethics Committee.

The FIA explicitly prohibits retaliation against individuals who report concerns of alleged misconduct in good faith. The policy is available in English, French, Spanish, and Arabic to maximize accessibility.
