The Notification and Federal Employee Anti-discrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002 (No FEAR Act) increases accountability for federal agencies regarding discrimination or retaliation against employees, including whistleblower complaints and cases handled by the Merit Systems Protection Board and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

The Act requires each federal agency to post summary statistical data on equal employment opportunity complaints filed against it quarterly during each fiscal year. Cumulative data for the previous five fiscal years must also be available at the end of each fiscal year.

For more information about this reporting requirement, contact the Office of Equal Employment Opportunity.
