Sandi Morris won the pole vault title at the World Athletics Ultimate Championship Budapest 26 by clearing 4.90 metres, earning her first outdoor global championship victory.
Previously a four-time World Championships silver medalist and Olympic silver medalist, as well as a two-time world indoor champion, the 34-year-old US athlete adds this inaugural Ultimate title to her achievements.
Hana Moll also cleared 4.90 metres but placed second based on countback rules. Angelica Moser took third with a clearance of 4.85 metres.
