President Nominates Judges to D.C. Court of Appeals and Ohio District Court

The President has nominated James Andrew Crowell IV, of the District of Columbia, to serve as an Associate Judge on the District of Columbia Court of Appeals for a term of fifteen years.

Stuart Gordon Nash, also of the District of Columbia, has been nominated for the same position and term on the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.

Additionally, Matthew R. Byrne, of Ohio, has been nominated to serve as a United States District Judge for the Southern District of Ohio.
