D. Adam Candeub of the District of Columbia has been nominated as Assistant Attorney General.
Nicholas Checker of Wisconsin is nominated as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Rwanda. Joshua Harris of Maryland, a career foreign service member, is nominated for the same ambassadorial rank to Malaysia.
