USA's Kenny Bednarek set a personal best of 19.52 seconds to win the 200m at the World Athletics Ultimate Championship in Budapest. This win followed his 100m victory just 24 hours earlier, securing a notable sprint double.
Bednarek led at halfway and extended his lead, finishing ahead of Olympic champion Letsile Tebogo, who took second in 19.76 seconds. Third place went to USA's Courtney Lindsey with a season-best 19.79 seconds.
