Qualifying rounds start with first qualifying round matches on July 9 and 16, 2026, and continue through August, culminating in play-offs on August 20 and 27. The league phase starts in mid-October, spanning six matchdays until mid-December 2026. The knockout phase includes play-offs in February 2027, followed by the round of 16, quarter-finals, and semi-finals through April and May 2027.

Draws for the qualifying rounds are scheduled from mid-June to early August 2026, with the league phase draw on August 28. Knockout phase draw dates are yet to be confirmed. The final takes place at Beşiktaş Park, home of Beşiktaş and a venue with a notable UEFA finals history.

The winners of the 2026/27 Conference League will receive the trophy, which is 57.5 cm tall and weighs 11 kg. They will also earn a place in the league phase of the 2027/28 Europa League if not already qualified for the Champions League or Europa League through domestic competition.
