The WP4 Open World Championships will take place from 31 August to 6 September 2026 in the Old Port of Dubrovnik, marking WP4's first international competition at this historic venue. Both men's and women's elite competitions are scheduled, with World Aquatics Member Federations eligible to enter up to two national teams per gender. The competition format will be based on the number of registered teams, ensuring multiple matches for each team and providing full classification rankings.
Performances at this event will determine qualification for the World Aquatics Championships in Budapest 2027, where WP4 will make its World Championships debut. Member Federations can register squads of up to 20 players by 19 June, with final competition squads of eight players due by 24 August. Delegations may include up to 12 members in total. Registration is available via the World Aquatics GMS system.
For more information or registration support, Member Federations can contact World Aquatics representatives or the event accommodation and visa teams.
