Participants play an integral role in shaping the workshops from start to finish, with their experiences, ideas, and feedback guiding discussions and creative outcomes throughout the project.

As the workshops progress, themes such as cross-cultural friendships, stereotypes, language barriers, migration, and perceptions of home emerge. Everyday actions that foster welcome and inclusion are also highlighted.

These collective insights are transformed into a card game developed by the participating youth. Designed for use in schools, youth groups, and community venues, the game encourages experience sharing, discussions on identity and belonging, and listening to diverse perspectives.

The initiative works with community organizations, cultural institutions, and youth networks across Singapore to bring the workshops’ themes to public spaces, including exhibitions and community sites.
