CDC Office of Equal Employment Opportunity: Structure and Leadership

The Office of Equal Employment Opportunity (OEEO) is a division within the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Immediate Office of the Director. The OEEO's organizational structure includes a Director and a Deputy Director.

OEEO oversees Alternative Dispute Resolution, Complaints and Adjudication, and Reasonable Accommodations. It also manages Affirmative Employment and various Management, Operations, and Strategic Programs.

Phaedra Bibbs Moore currently serves as Deputy Director of OEEO, according to the CDC.
