Olympic bronze medallist Tio Casas continued her winning streak at the Pontevedra World Cup, securing gold medals in Solo Free, Team Technical, Women’s Duet Free, and Solo Technical events—maintaining a perfect record during the competition.
In the Women’s Duet Free Final, Casas and partner Lilou Lluis Valette earned 297.2209 points, finishing 21.0508 points ahead of the French duo Romane Lunel and Laelys Alavez. The French team claimed silver after contributing to France’s Team Technical bronze.
Mexico’s Maria Fernanda Arellano Germes and Itzamary Gonzalez Cuellar took third in the duet with a Medusa-themed routine scoring 276.0209 points, just behind the French silver medalists.
