The FIA has announced several decisions following hearings related to various motorsport competitions for 2024 and 2025. The Nasser Racing Team was subject to a hearing regarding the 2025 World Baja Cup and European Baja Cup, with a decision published on November 14, 2025.
Further decisions involved the 2025 Mondokart.com FIA Karting European Championship in the OK Junior category, covering driver Luka Scelles and Prema Racing, both with hearings held in September 2025.
Additional rulings addressed a hearing for SRP Racing Shop regarding the KZ European Championship, as well as matters related to GT Cup teams such as 778 Auto Sport and MP Motorsport in the International Series Eurocup 3. These decisions were published throughout early 2025.
Procedural decisions closing proceedings were also issued for PHM Racing GmbH in the FIA Formula Regional World Cup, US Race Management in the FIA Formula One World Championship, and Toksport WRT in the FIA World Rally Championship (WRC2), all published in December 2024.
