UEFA has launched Clear Line, a refereeing video library that provides open access to the guidance given to referees and Video Assistant Referees (VARs) to ensure consistent application of the Laws of the Game across Europe.
According to UEFA, VAR should intervene only to correct clear and obvious errors or serious missed incidents that could impact the outcome of matches.
