Eleven teams have advanced from the UEFA Women's Champions League second qualifying round after completing mini-tournament finals, joining seven clubs that enter directly in the third qualifying round, according to UEFA. The draw for the third qualifying round took place on Tuesday at 12:00 CET, with two-legged ties set to determine which nine sides qualify for the league phase.

Among the teams qualifying from the second round are four-time winners Eintracht Frankfurt, along with Ajax, Brann, and Juventus. Eintracht Frankfurt secured their spot by winning their mini-tournament, defeating debutants Malmö FF 2-0.

Two-legged ties in the third qualifying round will feature teams from both the champions path and the league path. The champions path includes clubs like Austria Wien, Brann, and HB Køge, while the league path features Ajax, Chelsea, Eintracht Frankfurt, Juventus, Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid, Real Sociedad, and Wolfsburg.

Teams finishing second and third in the mini-tournaments will transfer to UEFA Women's Europa Cup qualifying. Juventus, after advancing in extra time against Hammarby, are among those moving to the Europa Cup qualifying stage. Brann edged PAOK 3-2 to progress, while St. Pölten succeeded on penalties over Sporting CP, continuing their bid to qualify for a fifth consecutive season. Austria Wien also advanced by defeating Farul Constanța.

Some teams narrowly missed progression, including Malmö FF and Fenerbahçe. Rangers and Hearts fell to last-minute goals, with Rangers eliminated by a Sherida Spitse penalty for Ajax and Hearts losing to an added-time goal for HB Køge. PSV Eindhoven advanced with a hat-trick by Liz Rijsbergen against HJK Helsinki.
