In the U20 men's 100 metres, Akira Eghagha of Switzerland won the first final with a time of 10.16 seconds (+0.7 m/s wind). Bright Otiora from Belgium finished second, and Jakob Kemminer of Germany took third. The second 100 metres final was claimed by Tyrese Stewart of Germany with a time of 10.50 seconds (+0.8 m/s wind). Athletes across various heats posted times ranging from 10.29 to 10.97 seconds.

In the men's 400 metres, Paul Noirhomme of Belgium took first place with a time of 47.89 seconds, followed by Adrian Primus (Germany) at 47.97 seconds and Jonathan Perner (Germany) at 48.25 seconds. The second 400 metres final was won by Leendert Koekemoer of South Africa, clocking 45.11 seconds.

Peter Csikós of Slovakia won the men's 800 metres final with a time of 1:51.24. Theo Hielscher of Germany and Lucas Barthel of Belgium finished second and third, with times of 1:51.33 and 1:51.34, respectively.
