The 27th session of the UNESCO Intergovernmental Hydrological Programme (IHP) Council convenes in person, with participation from 36 Member States elected by the UNESCO General Conference. The Council is responsible for planning, setting priorities, and supervising the implementation of the IHP.
The session provides simultaneous interpretation in English, French, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, and Chinese to support diverse participants. Both Council members and observers may attend the meeting.
