The President has sent the Senate a series of nominations for key federal positions. Among them, Maria D’Avanzo of New York is nominated to be Inspector General of the General Services Administration.

Other nominations include David Slade for First Vice President of the Export-Import Bank, Timothy Westlake as Assistant Secretary for Mental Health and Substance Use at the Department of Health and Human Services, and Gerard Klomp as Deputy Secretary of the same department.

Judicial nominations presented to the Senate include Gregory Carl Cook for the Northern District of Alabama, Anna St. John for United States Circuit Judge for the Fifth Circuit, and several nominees for judgeships at the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims: Robert R. Fleck, David M. Jones, and Daniel F. Rendleman, each for fifteen-year terms.

John Peter Cronan and Jason Manion were nominated to be members of the United States Sentencing Commission, with terms expiring in 2029.

Additionally, the White House has notified the Senate of the withdrawal of two previously submitted nominations: Juan Rodriguez for Ambassador to Guatemala and Konstantinos Ligris for Assistant Attorney General.
