President Donald J. Trump has issued a proclamation honoring the memory and service of Senator Lindsey Graham.
By authority of the Constitution and U.S. laws, the President ordered flags to be flown at half-staff at the White House, all public buildings and grounds, military posts, naval stations, and on all federal vessels in the District of Columbia, throughout the United States, and its territories and possessions until 6:00 p.m. on July 18, 2026.
The proclamation also directs flags to be flown at half-staff at all U.S. embassies, consular offices, and other facilities abroad, including military facilities and naval vessels, for the same period.
The order was signed by President Trump on July 13, 2026.
