Since its launch, the UEFA Take Care programme has delivered practical, evidence-based tools to national associations, clubs, schools, and communities to encourage healthier lifestyles and positive habits through football. It offers six modules: physical activity, nutrition, mental health, digital addiction, substance awareness, and road safety. All resources are downloadable and designed to be flexible for use across Europe.

The Football Federation of Armenia (FFA) uses Take Care materials to provide health education for young people in alternative care, a group facing challenges related to security and stability. The FFA adapts these resources into manageable steps suitable for different maturity levels. Sessions begin with play and movement to build trust before addressing issues like mental health and emotional well-being, aiming to reach those hardest to engage.

In Northern Ireland, the Irish Football Association (IFA) incorporates Take Care into its school and community programs. These educational sessions focus on mental health, digital addiction, and racism, targeting young people aged 11 to 18. Working with teachers, youth workers, and community partners, the IFA customizes sessions to reflect the experiences of ethnically diverse and socially disadvantaged communities, using football as a foundation for meaningful conversations.
