At the Super Final held at Beijing's Water Cube, Wang Zongyuan, 24, won the men’s 3m springboard event, scoring 544.35 points with a strong final dive. His teammate Zheng Jiuyuan, 22, finished second, repeating their one-two finish from last year's Super Final. Mexico’s Osmar Olvera Ibarra, 21, recovered from a low-scoring third round dive to take bronze ahead of France’s Jules Bouyer, who was aiming for his first World Cup medal.

Wang commented on the challenge of performing twelve dives over two hours and expressed satisfaction in defending his title at home. Zheng described the new elimination format as “intense” and noted improvements in his control compared to last year. Olvera Ibarra's comeback included scoring over 90 points on his last two dives, despite an earlier mistake, allowing him to secure third place.

In the women’s 10m platform final, 15-year-old Jiang Linjing won decisively, finishing 78.75 points ahead of Russia’s Anna Konanykhina, 21, who took silver. Germany’s Pauline Pfeif, 23, earned bronze, followed by American diver Ellireese Niday, who made her Super Final debut at age 14.
