An informal meeting of European Union heads of state or government is scheduled for 23-24 April 2026.
Ahead of this meeting, a press briefing will take place on 21 April 2026 at 14:30 in the Justus Lipsius building press room. The briefing will be conducted 'off the record'.
The briefing will be hybrid, allowing EU-accredited journalists to participate in person or remotely. To attend remotely, journalists must register by 13:30 on 21 April 2026. Further instructions will be provided to registered participants after the deadline.
