President António Costa is scheduled to deliver speeches at the Universidade do Minho and Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Porto, Portugal, on Tuesday, 28 April 2026.
On Wednesday, 29 April, he will participate in a plenary debate on competitiveness organized by the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) at the Charlemagne building.
On Thursday, 30 April, Costa will join a roundtable discussion focused on "Drugs as a threat to society and democracy: evidence-based drugs policies," followed by a meeting and photo opportunity with the Coalition of Mayors on housing.
President Costa will then travel to Yerevan, Armenia, to attend the European Political Community meeting on Sunday, 3 May, as well as the continued meetings on Monday, 4 May, and Tuesday, 5 May, during which he will also participate in the EU-Armenia summit.
