The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) supports the International Network on Conflict and Fragility (INCAF), bringing together Development Assistance Committee (DAC) members and multilateral agencies to find sustainable solutions for populations in fragile or conflict-affected countries.

The OECD tracks and measures development, peace, and humanitarian financing to ensure that funds are delivered where and when they are most needed. It also promotes improved coordination, financing, and programming among development partners, with special focus on implementing the DAC Recommendation on the Humanitarian, Development and Peace Nexus.
